What method are you trying to use for downloading? The zip/archive or the launcher?

It worked fine for me this morning, I mean NI launcher 3.1.6. The old niUpdater doesn't work since 1.10.0. Make sure you have the current version of the launcher.

Make sure you are using the latest launcher. The older ones have been phased out.

Yeah thx it was working well with the new download launcher...
