I create a character and try to join a server. There I understood that I had to receive a code but I had nothing. As it seems that I have an account, I try to reset the password and it worked.

I received a username and password that I could use to connect to the website.

There are lots of characters on this account while I never play NI.

What do I do ?

Probably whoever used the same GUID as you or you bought the game over some website which resales stolen keys. The GUID (game serial key) is unique for each regular sold regular gamecopy.

The characters were made in 2017/2018, atleast most of them. Unless you made the "DefenseFTW" one yourself, this character was created within the past 1-2 weeks. I think the easiest way would be buying a new MB copy to solve this issue (and hope it ain't pirated aswell), besides that I doubt that there is any chance that you can have two accounts on the same ID, but that is sth the Devs have to tell you, not me.
