I experienced this before as well; another similar issue can occur on respawn, people used their tomes right after spawning and eventually they were used up when others replaced items

Sadly there is no threading in NordInvasion that allows the detection of multiple items being used at the same time. This is something that can't be fixed. Still thanks for the report.
