I have 2 different bolts Cursed Onyx And Normal Onyx    (just not working with onyx)
First I have 98 bolts I shoot 20 bolts and I have 78 bolts And I Press V And I have 108 bolts  
How? Just working ailariodd with 2 different bolts. ,

This is merely a bug in display, you won't get any more ammo in total from unloading 2 different kinds of bolts (from what I've experienced).
