You won't get a red Legendary bow from a wulfsbane at most a Hurricane.

Wulfsbane is pretty nice, it is a good help for the team if the archer passes it to some inf with Steel Sword... Even if you don't use it much as an archer who prefers to stay in distance, it still can help the team if you bring in a good melee weap.
