I just want to know how much I would have to get before I can buy on of these weapons

Dragon Spear is a rare legendary, so the price is whatever people are willing to pay, which is quite a lot. (Around 15mil+ in estimated value)

Swadian Hope is a craftable commando 1-handed weapon, which costs approximately 2.2mil in materials to craft.
