[Closed] Can't log into my old account (not sure if it even exists anymore)

Hi, it's been awhile since i've logged into this game, and now since Bannerlord is stepping on our nose i'd like to get a feeling of what an amazing game M&B was and still is, and in a large portion of that is thanks to it's mods. Anyways, long story short, i can't login into my account, it's latest characters name was GOTS_Sanitarium, running by the account name Gen_sasha6z. I've tried "Password_Reset" thingy but it just created a new character instead with an empty inventory. Is there any way i can get my char back? Thanks in advance.

Are you using a new Warband copy?

Your account is still there, no worries (I've found it).

Yes, i was playing on a non-steam version before
Edit: I still have access to it, but decided to buy a steam copy so i don't have to bother with looking for a disc with password on it to enter each time i'll decide to reinstall my OS

You can regain your log-in if you use the old copy and then request that account (it's chars) to be moved over to your steam copy

Nope, still logins into my freshly-made account instead of an old one

This might be as your account is very old then, I'm not too familiar with how accounts were put together (or if it's another issue I can't think of). Best is to wait for a dev to respond then.

I have sent a verification code to your old account on the website (if you haven't set it up yet since the introduction of account names, log in with your old character name and password and you will be prompted to set a new account name).  Please paste that code here to verify your account ownership and I will transfer the character to your new account.

Nope, old non-steam client or steam, it still logs into this fresh account with a new empty character. Could it be that i'm doing something wrong?

Winter is saying that you should try to log in on the website using the char name, not the account name.

Or no chance you remember your password?
