What is the difference between a quick cash offer and a normal offer?

Quick cash offer is rather meant to be to get like 60 % of a trading volume out of a item within 2 days in gold without hesitating making great loss whatever. The trading motivation is not making  good deals, but collecting gold for items which are you are more interested in. If you loot items frequently and sell for 1,5-3m quick cash this whole thing might pays on the long run.
