[Closed] Account Transfer (old steam Account stolen)

could someone please transfer my lvl 52 character "SnowBlind" - ID 21379 to my new account "Snowblindy" - ID 2535374 please?

My old steam account to which the character was bound unfortunately got stolen a while back and I want to try and play the game again.
