I greatly enjoyed The Brytenwalda, but I'm not sure if its your cup of tee, since you didn't write anything about features which "makes a good M&B mod" for you.

I'm really enjoying Floris Mod Pack at the moment. It's great! It feels like the game native should have been singleplayer.
