I fixed it it took a while but Install it manually with Win Rar I suspect the problem is with the Installers Not the game I recommend you do the same Flokiii

I have some new info so I deleted all the Nord invasion files in my modules directory and im trying to do a fresh reinstall so I downloaded the New installer and tried to do a update I clicked install...
