More fixes on the heals of 1.2.8...

A day or so ago we released a server-side update to correct the wave 10 bot count on Normal and a few other random bugs. We will continue rolling out fixes for the remaining bugs.
You may have noticed this patch has its own thread instead of being tacked onto the thread of the last major release. I plan on continuing this for all future patches to make it easier to find the notes for each release.

- Correction to the Beginner mode rotation (some early waves were missing).
- Certain Ragnarok waves were spawning the wrong archers.
