Bolt Tosser

The Bolt Tosser is great, fastest crossbow in the game makes getting lots of kills a cinch. It doesn't really need a buff.

Uhhh im not sure where a legendary being usable by a Tier 2 or Tier 3 appeared in your mind because that makes no sense. You would have to then go make all the craftables Tier 1 or 2 but even still Siege crossbow is Tier 4 locked

It Orange and some time ago a lot of stuff was tr3-tr2 but devs have moved away from that.

Worm Bane is still usable by all now why... It stats are shit vs any other legendary 1h/2hs.
If any thing i would be asking for a buff for grinder and worm bane in stats with that making them tr4.

Eg would you rather Bolt Tosser to have 120p and tr4 or 115p and tr3 i can say with confidence it would be a waste to 99% of people to make it tr3.

Why defuff? you have a Powerfull crossbow wich is usabel by T3 with 110p i dont think it would be op if Bolt Tosser stay at 120p because you still need much more mony to upgrate it

The Bolt Tosser is the Fastest crossbow in game.  Even faster than the Eagle crossbow.

If we are going to take hybrids into account again then we will have to change a lot of weapons.
Hybrids are irrelevant at this point. No reason to put any work into them.

My guess is that you just got the Bolt Tosser and now want a buff?

nah its fine, doesn't need a buff you cant make it too stronk by high damage and fast reloading
