I think this would actually be good.
Make an easy server for up to tier 2 which gives same amount of exp as normal server per wave but being incredibly easy, while still letting newbies join normal servers. Drops would be poor ofc and no legendaries!

this way, low tiers can play easy and not feel useless and high tier players on normal will have less level 1-6 to deal with when they try to go for prince which would be a win-win scenario!
