Did you restart Steam completely (including from the system tray in the lower-right corner) or restart the computer?

Yh i did that too i did everything on in the instruction, shall i do it again ?

If you are still getting a completely new activation code each time you join a server even after following those steps, I am out of ideas.

All we can do now is wait for TaleWorlds to fix their authentication servers (unless someone else comes up with another trick to try).

Or you could try reinstalling Warband.  That should remove all serial keys from the computer and then you can enter the one that you have paid for from steam.
