Wave counter

Maybe keeping track of the waves should not be so hard, but we are all different and I am one of those that has a attention disorder and I tend to loose track of what wave we are on/just has past so I think a counter would be a good addition and I only see one reason for not adding it, the devs. The only thing talking against it is that the devs do all their work for free and on there own time so it is entirely up to them to choose what to use there time for. But I for one would appreciate a counter.

It is not difficult to know what wave it is. However, it would be cool so we will see what we can do.
