More legendary upgrade blueprints have been unlocked for April.

The previous round of upgrade recipes will be removed in approximately 24 hours.

Halogis. Imp Red, Tigerscale and Dellingrs were upgradeable in March iirc. Is this RNG?

The post of Barks included stuff from March indeed. The new upgrades for May are not out yet.
