Health/ammo refill after boss waves

I often try to die to boss waves so I can respawn with full hp and ammo so something that either makes me want to stay alive for extra xp/gold/etc, or heals me fully would of benefit. I would say it should only be for every boss round. Sounds fair and still challenging rather than after every single wave.

Yeah, the "respawn waves" is ment the boss wave. When I created this thread I had no idea they are called that.

But if we have the medic and engineer class coming out, wont the hp/ammo refill reduce the efficency of the medic and the engineer?
There must be some other incentive than hp/ammo refill.

Yeah I saw your comment in the engineer/medic thread. That's a good point. Perhaps a small incentive like Jex mentioned? A small amount of gold * difficulty of boss round.
