This is absolutly not fair because of poor and rich families. Not to say I´m poor ;D

I agree. But if NordInvasion want to get money, can could do something.
His idea is mayby not the best, but we can think about it and mayby other idea's.

You could do something special for Donators.
Give them by example for being donator some green stuff (WoG example..), every month 5.000 asist xp free ^^
Mayby some others can give idea's?

I would agree, gaining experience in NI is just as much important for the player as it is the characters. There's a lot to learn about NI etiquette and what to do when in large groups. If you speed up the process of characters leveling, then people wont have the necessary experience when they start playing in hard or ragnarok modes.

I also feel as though if they did start some kind of premium membership for the mod, there would be legal conflicts with Mount and Blade. Probably would fall into the category of copy right infringement, where as a donation doesn't.

Also, donators do get special privileges already. We shouldn't be greedy and ask for more, because they don't even have to give us anything since its a donation.

Donations are and will still be what they are called  : Donations. There is no forcing to it. If you think that mod is awesome and they deserve some denars for it , do it. If you don`t noone will shout at you. There is also no bargaining about that. You are not meant to donate stuff to expect something in return(besides the continuation of the mod).

We can only receive donations , not purchases. If any mod "sells" anything, that mod is terminated.

Remember that you play this mod for free, and the devs didn't pay to acquire any rights of the engine/game. Therefor , any kind of money making is illegal. The free respec doesn't give you any in-game advantage, nor does it give you more gold or items.

You want a game that is Pay2Win ? Go play Planetside 2 and all of those Sony entertainement like games. They will gladly take your money and you can play a game the "easy" way.

But if you want to donate, you can only do it with Credit Card. Is it able to add PaySafeCard also as way to pay?

Far too complicated; would require us to incorporate, apply for a VAT number and to declare tax returns etc... It ain't happening (as we have said so many times now). Sorry but that's how paysafe conduct themselves.
