The +250HP is not show on the in game stats or on the stats of the shield.
It is not confirmed whether the new stats are now at 1350HP or not (I myself feel like I was ripped off paying 500,000 Gold when told to trust the person that sold me this shield, saying that indeed the in game stats were up to 1350, when in fact in game it is still listed at 1100...) , hence why I am not advertising that these are the stats and not pricing it as if it had the 1350HP, but of those listed on the item's description!.
