I just happened to miss out on my Severance loot; the problem is not paying no attention, it's sometimes rather focussing on gameplay than checking all 50 old boots rushing through the chat, especially when there's drops from non-boss-bots

In other word pay attiontion to every single bot that dies that has a chance of dropping a legendary?

For real though can some tell me a reason for it not to be in?
It won't help AFK players in any way
And players who are focusing on killing nords will be less likely to miss it

You are making it sound like you have to pay attention to the bots that die to the point where you can't focus on something else; or that paying attention to individual bots dying is the only way to look for potential loot. Nobody said that, and you don't have to go to those lengths to see loot messages. We know you have a tendency to tunnel vision (slight understatement), but don't. Use your peripheral vision to see when one line of text is noticably longer than the others and then read that line of text (or just the last few words). The game has been out for about seven years, and the lines of loot have not changed much since then. I shouldn't have to spoonfeed this "next level strategy" to people.

It doesn't seem like anybody has been against its implementation, rather we question its utility. In (good) product design, new features are evaluated on the issues they resolve and the measurable value they delivers to the product.

Because the loot is so much longer then the mat

I like the idea myself because I often have a kill feed going by so fast that I can't get a good look at every single thing that pops up
Happened with my last loot and I was only able to get a screen by going back in chat logs

And as Noname posted he missed his last loot do to the amount of mats that drop off Pike wave

Strawman argument. I never posted that, rather I posted this:

From your screenshot I would read "Old Boots," "Old Boots," "Severance" (ding ding ding), and "Old Boots." I hope we're not lowering the standards of the mod to the point that we're expecting that the median player is incapable of reading seven words on a screen.
