New EU Servers

So far, none of the EU servers have crashed today and I haven't experienced any lag. We made yet another change last night but this one looks promising based on the feedback I've gotten.

Latency is maybe a bit better than before, but now the server is freezing for a few seconds sometimes, like you would dc (like you can do anything but the bots and players around you are freezed so you can't react to anything).

Servers are still lagging hard several times per day, causing DCs to everyone and crashes. Very annoying if you made it to W14/15 already, and in general of course.
