If players will attack, nords should stand calmly at positions.THis way archers can easily kill all bots from distance :-\

Perhaps some sort of defend the flag game mode could be introduced? There are different points on each map to defend, and the Nords come to take those points (either randomly or a set path) from the players. The players need to defend it. Would also bring some variation I think, meaning that you'll have to camp in different places instead of always the same spot.
A problem could be that archers can shoot from a distance while bots take the flag, however you might still need commandos or else the flag will go down too quickly. Hmm...

Or, you spawn naked and have to punch peasants and loot their weapons, fight with them all the way to prince. And the drop rate is x3 bigger, but the only items that drop are prince drops.

We had that once, it was during an update and the database was down, so we had to play without our equipment.
After countless rounds of quick deaths we managed to beat the Skirmisher wave with 2 survivors.
(There was a thread with screenshots and such, but I cant find it anymore.)

While reading OP, i was reminded of native gameplay. Things like attacking a bandit/sea raider encampment.
