Buff for (in)justice?

Maroon, the boarding axe has more damage (57 iirc) and speed (97?) with around 10 less length. I could be wrong on the values because I can't find the exact values on the forums. Either way the ba's crafting cost is at least 5mil less and it is quite arguably better. That sounds like justification for a buff to me.
