I've seen several topics on increasing weapon proficiency by fighting or leveling up but none on only purchasing weapon proficiency (I checked more thoroughly this time).
Let's say 1 proficiency costs 500k and someone has all of the best items but has the second best body armour and is a royal guard with 200 one handed proficiency.
Increasing to 250 proficiency would cost 25 mil. I have no clue but this may be the equivalent to an upgrade from the second best to the best body armour.
It shouldn't make anyone overpowered because that would just mean that it's too cheap so the price could be 1 mil instead of 500k.
Some effects may be less money in the game, a greater separation between people with 10 mil and 100 mil, giving Swadians the potential to become as powerful as Nordic bosses (however long it takes), and people being more reliant on single characters.
