Great fix for VHTA

Hey!

I've decided to make fixes for VHTA

fix list

*new model
*new textures
*new name
*added specularity
*changed carry flag from sword_back (two handed sword) to none (throwing axes)
*added wooden_parry flag

I think name should be changed, because VHTA is too casual for weapon like that
