Server blocked below the required level

So yeah,everyone know this,we play on hard or ragnarok.There is one spot,but unfortunately joined player with level below 32 or 39 and we need told him that he must leave but he don't understand. So someone need jump on IRC and report it.

My idea is - why not lock the server for players who do not have a need level?

Why do you think at this?
