Some suggestions and sort of mini complaints

The first suggestion is just a part of the way the game works and is also a huge part of why Swadians are able to make effective shield walls.  I'm not sure it is possible to change that.  Simply adding friendly fire damage would probably make the terrible circumstance of Odin killing himself by throwing at his Chosen a little bit more common (although the times he has done it in the past were pretty funny) and could probably be abused (have one shielder stand in a corner, watch as Nords all pile up in said corner trying to hit that guy and all start killing themselves on each other).

The accuracy on them is not that high, in all honesty.  The AI is just very good at working with imperfect accuracy.  A Commando using CTS is a good approximation of their accuracy with the axes they use.  Now if one were to be able to pick up Dragons Breath.... Wink

The trading suggestion has been around for a very long time.  Kip has it on his list of things to do, but last I checked it is a pretty long list.  Poor web devs.

The next is another suggestion that has been around for a while.  This all falls under web developer stuff and is also on Kip's to do list.  Some discussion on what exact powers should be given to Leaders, Captains, Sargeants, and Soldiers from the community could be useful in helping us decide on what to include.

The fifth idea is interesting.  It sounds good in practice, but I'm not sure about the code behind it.  It may be difficult to have each item donated into the house be able to be recalled only by the person that put it in, especially when it comes to items like Hardened Metal where hundreds could be used to make something.  People may also consider it unfair if all of their materials get used but there is still a lot left over from someone else that the other person can take back and use for their own project.  I still like the idea, but I think it can do without the part where people can retrieve the items the put in at any time.  Instead, leadership up to a certain point could be able to recall materials and send them back to the person that sent them in.  I know this leaves more room for abuse from the leadership, but it makes it much easier to implement and people should probably not join houses with a shady leadership and donate all of their materials anyways.  More discussion on this idea could help us come up with other ideas on how to implement it.

For the final idea, I think you have two separate ideas on adjustments to make the drop system, but I'm not sure.  Personally I like having different bots have different drops because it makes balancing the drop tables a lot easier in the current setup.  Having every bot in a single wave have the same drops based on the wave number would require a lot of redoing things and I personally don't think it would help balance drops.  The challenge and boss waves are pretty much already like that (bar the rangers mixed in with the wave) and having mixed waves gives people a chance to receive a variety of items on the wave they are at.  Giving more bots different drops, on the other hand, is definitely an idea I can get behind.  I like the idea of having the drop system have a lot more depth to it.  For the current balance, though, it just takes time for drop rate adjustments to have any effect on the market whatsoever, and often times the market can completely change without drop rates changing because someone decided to go on a buying spree.

None of these are official yes or no responses, just trying to continue the discussion and weigh in my own points and ideas.  This also seems like a feature request thread, so I'll go ahead and move the topic there.
