I havent seen any kind of horse archer yet in the game so maybe something along the lines of:

Name: Mercenary Khergit Raiders
Weapons: Khergit Bow + Khergit Arrows, Sabre
Armour: Tribal Warror Armour with Nomad Cap
Difficulty: Medium

I think there are enough non-Nord troops as it is. Maybe a better option is

• Nord Scout
  
• Javelins/throwing spears and a sword, ride on coursers
  
• Leather armor, iron helmet
  
• Medium
  

Another one:

• Nord Overseer
  
• Iron mace, heavy round shield
  
• Long leather vest
  
• Easy/medium
