Voulgiers (low tier long range heavy damage infantry)
Swordstaffmen (high tier long range heavy damage infantry)
Nord Dismounted Knights (elite high tier long range heavy damage infantry)

Yup, good idea. Give bad armor to voulgiers and make them spawn after the 6th wave. They'd have low survivability but lots of damage and range with their voulge.
Swordstaffmen would spawn after the 10th wave (the one with nord cavalry) and have med armor (studded leather level), and finally dismountered knights would have a poleaxe, cuir bouilli or banded armor, and spawn after the 14th wave (huscarls).
