With more captains, our members can turn to more players for help when trying to make trades (which, more often or not, are time dependent). Facilitation of easy trading brings greater prosperity to house members. Personally, I don't mind how many captains we have seeing as it puts less of a strain on my gold. In regard to the matter of Jarold and I being leaders of the house, this is, again, more of a convenience than anything. We're more like glorified invite-senders at this point. If I had to choose, I'd say demote Jarold, but that's just making more work for MrG.

To recapitulate, I see no issue with our current set-up. As I slip deeper into inactivity, having the many captains here gives a sense of reassurance that the house will carry on.
