alternate times of day

iv been pondering on this idea whilst playing and thought id bring it here as this is what this area is for so here goes

four different time states of the day starting from dawn all the way to night
heres it how i thought it could be

dawn :- a distant sunrise and a low fog
afternoon :- a strong sun partially cloudy bright visable map
evening :- cloudy (maybe raining)
night :- bright moon clear sky torchs around valuable spots (like shrines and things like that)
