I was thinking have a weekly community quest so something like if X amount of nords in a category are killed within the week the community gets an increased drop rate for a day an example could be:
2500 x Nord Rangers
1000 x Nord Snipers
250 x Eniherjar Rangers
And then the reward could be something like increased drop rates for a day from einherjar snipers (if they still drop hurricane bows) or have a poll with a few choices and let people decide what reward they want. A poll could also be used to decide which quest gets chosen for the week.
