Hybrid classes
#5
I understand this argument. Though, if you want to make Hybrids quite useful, it could be a good thing to allow them to carry better equipment and/or better stats. Tier 3 hybrids are known to be bad and useless, unless you have several legendary items (Fearsome Knight helmet, Aurora/Dragon Halberd, Fiendish bow or bolt tosser...)
Moreover, it doesn't seem logical to choose the militia class once you are sergent + man at arms. There is no relation between this hybrid and a skirmisher or an archer... One solution could be to add these "specific class benefits" to use the 5 class points left. It could provide for example for a sergeant+ man at arms, more shield/powerstrike skill/1handed skill, and possibly the ability to wear a better helmet or armor. This is not completely necessary since the t1 choice always gives a small benefit, but better armors and equipment should be a good thing.

Hybrids should remain worse than t4 ; but a few decent t3 hybrids in a team should be welcome to counterbalance the lack of infantrymen (or an excessive number of soldiers behind the shieldwall, desesperately looking for a spot to slash). It can be a solution to the lack of shielders in some teams.
Some people have already complained about that (high demand, t3 archers)
If you have ever seen a crossbowman shielding with a sword (yes, this happened !), you may realize it's a good thing to enable non-commando players to shield as well.
1 single 'hero class' per hybrid, and a new shield for them ? (between SKS and royal)

I hope I have been convincing...
