Maybe we need some strict rules for player auctions as i've seen a few problems with these in the last weeks.
- items being part of the auction must NOT be revoked from the auction in any case
- the deadline must NOT be extended in any case
- a deadline / a countdown (xx:yy:zz remaining) must be part of the deadline
- the highest offer has to be mentioned in the OP asap
- PM bids must NOT be taken as offers. Only posts should count
- bids must NOT be changed during the auction. No editing!
Regarding loaning:
- maybe these trading rules should show a recommended way of loaning. This could be:
> after disussing the terms of the loaning (item, payment, period, fee in case of not-returning in time)
> this should be mentioned in e.g. steam chat in a way of a contract. Both have to show their agreement with these terms. All of this should be recorded on a reliable screenshot. (Max res, time/date, chat showing players' names)
Just a few ideas from my sick mind, sorry for typos (i wrote that using my phone)
Please, tell me what you think about this.
