Hybrid classes

Hybrids will always be the odd one out.
Think of them more as a unintended side effect, turned feature.

Very hard to balance them and would probably affect pure classes negatively.

I think the general consensus is to leave them be.

I personally like Hybrids. They are interesting choices, especially if you are a donator with a a free respec. They can be good for levelling up alts before going fully into a tier after a respec. However, my priority at the moment is to get the new hero classes up to speed and balanced. Hybrids are a bit much to deal with at the moment but I promise I will take a look at them after 0.5.0, no promises.
