Came back to playing NI and find Im banned

As the title says I have stopped playing NI for some time and decided to play a bit and find that my main account has been banned and I have no clue why so Idk how to appeal it.

I think he may have another chance, because it was like 3 years ago, when he was younger and didn't think about his mistakes . Hopefully that won't happen again
