He was once my friend and my shopping partner, then I had to quit playin the game for a while. When I'm back on playing I realized that he stole my whole inventory. I communicated with him after this incident happened and he said he stole it on purpose and wants to give all of my items back to me. I opened up a thread for this situation and he betrayed me and my trust.

Since you admit having stolen the items, I'd suggest compensating Turkishpowa either with the items stolen, or the value of those items.
