That looks great, really. In two weeks I'll start doing the model. I could probably do it that colors will depend on banner, so nords could have this in blue/metal and swadians in their housebanner/metal.
If you want to you could make helmets for this, aswell as boots.

I added a couple sallet ideas I sketched out. Im not sure what colors to go with. I was leaning towards black or light silver for the gold accented one. Any ideas?

I would make it flow with what we have atm. I would avoid using gold when Brig don't have any. 



Looks like scrollwork a bit so i would go with the classic look of something like this

I was thinking gold is a little different than normal and more.... legendary. But I agree with what you're saying, there's no gold in xbow armor atm. I'll make another copy and maybe just keep gold highlights and make the rest more ornate metalwork. I like the royal helmet design, kinda elvish. The only thing I'd critique is the red gem, I think because it's red it takes my focus away from the design and stand out much more than the blue one in the original artwork.

Well with out it I'm sure it would just look like a open trooper.

I was thinking tho we don't have many helms that have horns this. Most of them are crafted or market place. 


Also thinking about it we have blue imp and red so something that's neutral would be best.

Added Dragon Helmet Idea

So I found this image of someone else's model of a halberd and it made me think, there aren't many naval themed items in game. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Maybe some Swadian navy themed items (kraken, fish scales, sea monster) would be interesting to see in game? I've already been messing around with some designs similar to the halberd but nothing I like quite yet.
