I even think it might be easier to query warband master server directly via new tool.
Same way as http://www.mnbcentral.net/ works, but only NI servers.
Or maybe it will require additional UDP queries directly to "New Balder".
Playing with WireShark atm, maybe will figure out a solution.

I will complete my tool soon, but while working on it I realized there is a way to modify Jalau's tool, if you have a Java knowledge I don't have.

Newbalder's IP is 116.202.115.110, various game servers may be queried throught different ports, for example Hard_EU1 is http://116.202.115.110:21241/ and Rag_EU1 is http://116.202.115.110:21251/

Whole list is available thorugh TW Master list at warbandmain.taleworlds.com/handlerservers.ashx?type=list, just filter it by new balder IP, to get all game servers ports.

Same way you can add chinese server, I don't have IP yet, but might be easy done.

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems newbalder got it's DNS name as old balder, so it works as before now. Yes, Jalau's tool is working.
