The below items will be available for transmutation at level 1 and 2 personal crafting for the next two weeks (this also includes their respective upgraded versions):

• Plate Over Leather -> Defender Armor
  
• Winged Helmets & Dragon Helmets -> Defender Helmet
  
• Verloren Plate -> Savior Plate Armor
  
• Tiger Scale Armour -> Leather Overmail
  
• Gold Lamellar Armour -> Grandmaster Halberdier Studded Leather
  
• Vagabond Helmet -> Thanos Legacy
  

Is this meant to allow for replacements of previous best-in-slot items to the new ones? If so, these transmutations (and possibly more) are missing:

Merger of Zweihander to Juggernaut:
(both) Gothic Gauntlets -> Defender Gauntlets
(both) Gothic Greaves -> Defender Greaves

Merger of Sentinel to Ranger:
Leviathan's Guard -> Gilded Bear Armour
Leviathan's Helmet -> Ornate Crusader Helmet

Merger of Aventurier to Pavise Champion:
(any) Brigandine Plated -> Ornate Scale Armour
Heavy Sallet -> Ornate Arming Helmet

Newly available to Hoplite:
Eastern Full Scale -> Tiger Scale Armour
Barbutte With Coif / Ornate Bascinet -> Vagabond
