Any graphics editing program can be used. I personally use Inkscape. But you can use GIMP, Photoshop, MS Paint, Illustrator, Paint.net, etc.

Alright, new banner pack. Added the Scarlet Knights to B21, as well as surprise in the F pack.

On a side note, if you haven't backed up the banners_f.dds file, do so, as it is now changing.

Edit: scratch that...F banners don't load for some reason. ... processing....

Edit2: Ok, I think I fixed it. F won't be touched anymore, as apparently, it actually doesn't load.

Just for note, the patch didn't include any banner updates past 0.4.5, so you'll have to use my banner pack if you want any of the new ones.

Edit: also updated pack to have C17 put in so everyone up to 0.4.6 release is covered.
