A bit plain, gotta add some counterweight at the back of the weapon, otherwise this would drop pretty hard.

it's alright but would look better if there were 10x of them all tied together

You should consider using a smooth shader - those make your model look less edgy (eg. at the wooden texture) without the need for many faces. That way you could probably reduce the amount of faces by around 80%, considering it's just a variety of cylinders.
Which program did you use to make it? I could give you some advice if it's Blender

And yes im using Blender

In edit mode, there is a tab called "Shading / UVs" in the left menu. There you can use the smooth shader for the faces / edges / vertices that you selected. If you want to keep things edgy, you can use the other shader (eg. for the tip)
