[Open] Unexpected Resurrection in solo run

Today i solo run in hard server,but it have an unexpected resurrection in fourth wave.
1.I was killed by third wave the last bot,and killed him too.Almost at the same time.

2.Then i suddenly got resurrection next.with one death.

I think it might be a trigger error.

It's well-known bug.
Personally I think it should stay.
I see it as high-risky move in solo play. You risk your run for extra cade. Totally not worth it, but even if you can master and do it consistently - for me it's high-skilled play rather then bug using.
Sorry if it was against the rules to post my opinion here.
