Regarding the banners, I'll put my final vote on C3, as Galen is also partial to that one. Seeing that he'll be the one making the banner, I'd say lets go with it.

Hey guys, I think with the cut in SK numbers we should also cut down on Captains. I think that four Captains is enough, two from PK and two from SB. Also, we need to decide if Click and Jarold both need to be Leaders.

It just means that Banks and Wolfy get the position by default

Also (and I'm not just saying this because I'm a captain either) I've seen more people in this house trade and make decent trades with our current capacity to invite others back to the house.
Just something to consider.

With more captains, our members can turn to more players for help when trying to make trades (which, more often or not, are time dependent). Facilitation of easy trading brings greater prosperity to house members. Personally, I don't mind how many captains we have seeing as it puts less of a strain on my gold. In regard to the matter of Jarold and I being leaders of the house, this is, again, more of a convenience than anything. We're more like glorified invite-senders at this point. If I had to choose, I'd say demote Jarold, but that's just making more work for MrG.

To recapitulate, I see no issue with our current set-up. As I slip deeper into inactivity, having the many captains here gives a sense of reassurance that the house will carry on.
