Mountain Blade xd - addictive, high skill-cap, grind and can be played to chill or to try-hard
Heroes of the storm - same reason but not grind
the forest - incredibly immersive and extraordinary graphics

Rome Total War - reshaped the stratergy game
command and conquer generals zero hour - sure command and conquer was great before this, but this version was amazing fun. dont like the new models, trust ea to ruin a perfectly good game!
mount & blade: warband - dont like the single player, but some of the mods are genius, this one is my favorite.

1. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Aside from a somewhat rushed Act III and a few bugs, this game is flawless.
2. Dark Souls III. Best combat system of any game I've ever played. Amazing bosses and very good level design, despite the linearity. Also, the poise system is objectively better than in the first game.
3. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Because I'm fucking gay.

Add me to the list
Apart from that:
Xenoblade Chronicles - clearly my number one for its amazing story,
amazing soundtrack and open world (roughly the size of Skyrim), especiallywhen you realize it's a Wii game from 2011
Monster Hunter / Smash Bros. series - I'll just put those here, they're pretty enjoyable with friends, Monster Hunter could be compared to NI grinding
