Despite being level 18 we can not yet craft it. Keep on sending me cloth and metal. Especially cloth.

There shouldn't be any items above level 20

Or the tower shield isn't craftable by our house since Defenders make armor and Attackers make weapons which is what shields are considered. This could all be wrong as well and possibly Support could craft them. No telling it's tied in with a defender house
