I suppose we could do two events. One on each day. I'll try to change my work schedule so it's not so tight for Saturday, but if we do do it on that day, Reskan or Renji may have to get things started while I make my way to a computer.

As for the event, I'm getting the sense that Renji won't be able to make it on Saturday or Sunday. Would you guys be okay if it were set at a later time? Perhaps at 6 PM PST?
