The voulge is fixed. It is also my favorite store bought polearm. It's length to speed, and dmg ratio cannot be beat. I don't even know why it's in tier 2, because it's better than pretty much all the other polearms in Tier 4 barring the great long bardiche.

What's about teh Naval Glaive, looks pretty tasty in singleplayer Big Grin
